Ingredients:
4 oz swordfish
8 oz romaine lettuce
6 oz grape tomatoes
1 serving Tomato Basil Vinaigrette
pink salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place swordfish on parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle with pink salt and pepper
- Bake for 10 minutes then place in fridge to cool
- Combine lettuce and tomatoes in bowl
- Top with swordfish and Tomato Basil Vinaigrette
