Ingredients:
1 small head cauliflower, chopped
1/3 c. liquid aminos
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. date paste
1/4 c. rice vinegar
1 T. minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
1 tsp. sesame seeds
scallions (optional) for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut cauliflower into florets then place in single layer on baking sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Whisk together aminos, water, date paste, vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger in saucepan until beginning to boil.
- Whisk in xanthan gum then lower heat and cook 2 minutes.
- Flip cauliflower and bake 8 additional minutes.
- Pour sauce over cauliflower then bake another 3 minutes.
- Remove from oven then top with sesame seeds and scallions.
