Ingredients:
2 1/2 c hazelnuts
2 t vanilla extract
1 1/2 t powdered stevia (or 12 drops liquid stevia)
1/3 c cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 t pink salt
2/3 c unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Roast hazelnuts for 10-15 minutes
- Remove skin from nuts and process in food processor or blender until nut butter consistency is reached
- Blend in remaining ingredients
- Store in airtight container at room temp or in refrigerator
