Ingredients:
2/3 c unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 c melted butter
4-6 dropperfuls stevia (more or less, to taste)
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c sunflower seeds
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Toast coconut flakes for 5-8 minutes
- Combine all ingredients together in bowl and mix well
- Place mixture into 12 even mounds on parchment paper
- Place in freezer about 15 minutes, until set
- Store in refrigerator
