Ingredients:
Bottom Layer:
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla stevia
Top Layer:
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla stevia
Directions:
- Combine all Bottom Layer ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Set 10 mini muffin pan liners onto a tray or plate.
- Pour 1 tablespoon into each muffin cup liner.
- Place in freezer on a flat surface.
- Combine all Top Layer ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Remove pan with bottom layer from freezer.
- Add 1 tablespoon of chocolate mixture to each muffin cup liner.
- Place tray back in freezer for 15 minutes.
