Ingredients:
8 oz cucumber
3 oz cooked chicken breast
1 T dijon mustard
1/2 t apple cider vinegar
stevia, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
water
paprika
garlic powder
Directions:
- Slice cucumber into 1 inch pieces
- Scoop out seeds with melon baller tool
- Combine cucumber insides, chicken, mustard, acv, salt, pepper, and stevia in food processor or Magic Bullet
- Process until well combined and creamy, adding water as needed
- Spoon mixture into cucumber cups
- Top with paprika and garlic powder
