Ingredients:
1 c raw cashews (soaked for 1hr or more)
¼ c filtered water
¼ c nutritional yeast
2 T lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 T apple cider vinegar
1 T dijon mustard
pink salt and pepper, to taste
additional flavor options: tomato paste, herbs, sundried tomatoes, olives, etc

Directions:
- Add all ingredients high speed blender
- Blend until thick and creamy
- Add additional flavor options, if desired
- Store in refrigerator 5-7 days (will further harden after it’s been chilled)
