Ingredients:
1/2 c flax meal
1 ripe banana
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Grease baking sheet or line with parchment paper
- Combine banana and flax meal in food processor (or mash very well with masher, fork, whisk)
- Drop 1 T mounds onto baking sheet and flatten with fingers or spoon
- Bake 20 minutes or until edges are brown
