Ingredients
2 Tablespoons flax meal
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup + 1 T egg whites
1/4 c strawberries
1/4 c blueberries
1/4 t cinnamon
SweetLeaf vanilla cream stevia, to taste
extra berries, if desired
Directions
- Combine berries, almond milk, flax meal, and cinnamon in saucepan heated to med-high heat
- Stir and cook until mixture start to bubble (Mash berries a little with spatula/spoon)
- Stir in egg whites and continue cooking while stirring until mixture thickens
- Add vanilla stevia, to taste
- Remove from heat and allow to cool and thicken a bit
- Top with additional berries, if desired
