Ingredients
4 oz lean ground beef
1/2 can Trader Joe's Premium Chunk White Chicken in Water (or 1/2 c shredded chicken)
2 c sliced red cabbage
1 green pepper, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 T coconut oil
1/2 c frozen chopped onions and peppers
6 banana pepper rings, chopped finely
1/2 T Taco Seasoning
Directions
- Brown beef in skillet then drain and set aside
- Melt coconut oil in skillet
- Stir in cabbage, green pepper, and peppers and onions then cover and cook, stirring occasionally
- Stir in beef, chicken, banana peppers, and Taco Seasoning until heated though
