- 1 (4oz) can Albacore Tuna in water
- 8 oz cucumber, sliced
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 1/2 t apple cider vinegar
- stevia, to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine tuna, mustard, acv, stevia, salt and pepper in a bowl
- Place a spoonful of tuna salad on each cucumber slice
