1 slice Focaccia Flax Bread
1 hard boiled egg, sliced
1-2 tomato slices
1 T Cabot Greek-Style yogurt (10% milk fat)
1/4 t Simple Girl BBQ Seasoning

Directions
  1. Cut slice of bread in half
  2. Combine greek yogurt and BBQ seasoning then spread onto both slices of bread
  3. Layer egg and tomato slices between slices of bread
