Ingredients:

1 t coconut oil
1 egg
2 T flax meal
1 T coconut flour
2 T Bluebonnet French Vanilla protein powder
1 T Hershey’s Special Dark cocoa powder
1/2 t Frontier Natural Products Mint Flavor
1/2 t SweetLeaf liquid stevia
1/2 t baking powder
2 T unsweetened almond milk

Directions:

  1. Melt coconut oil in mug
  2. Add egg, almond milk, stevia, and mint flavor
  3. Stir in flax meal, protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder
  4. Microwave for 90 seconds or bake at 350 for 15 minutes
