Ingredients:
3.5 oz lean ground beef
8 oz cabbage, finely chopped into rice sized
1 c water
1/2 t cumin
1 T chili powder
2 t onion powder
2 cloves garlic crushed and minced
pink salt and pepper, to taste
hot sauce, to taste
Directions:
- In a large frying pan, brown beef over medium high heat
- Add all other ingredients and cook until cabbage is tender, adding more water as necessary
- Cook down until no liquid is left
- Serve hot and drizzle with hot sauce
