Ingredients
3.5 oz ground buffalo
1 tsp minced garlic
1 apple, chopped
8 oz broccoli
1/2 T dijon mustard
2 tsp hot sauce of choice (or more, to taste)
6 twists of The Spice Hunter Fiery Chile Fusion grinder (or some red pepper flakes)
8-12 drops stevia
Directions
- Brown buffalo with garlic in skillet over med-high heat
- Stir in chopped apples, cover, and cook about 2 minutes
- Stir in broccoli, cover, and cook until soft, stirring occasionally
- Stir in Fiery Chile Fusion, mustard, hot sauce, and stevia (to taste)
- Transfer to plate
