Ingredients

1 large cucumber
1 c riced cauliflower
1 can white albacore tuna 
12 grape tomatoes
20 green olives
4 celery ribs
2 T Simple Girl Sweet Mustard Dressing
1 T balsamic vinegar
2 t italian seasoning
1/4 t pink salt

Directions
  1. Spiralize cucumber then transfer to mixing bowl
  2. Stir in italian seasoning, pink salt, cauliflower, and tuna
  3. Chop tomatoes, olives, and celery then add to bowl
  4. Add dressing and vinegar to bowl and stir until well coated
