1/2 c walnuts, chopped
2 T canned coconut milk (cream)
1/2 t cinnamon
stevia, optional
Directions:
- Place apple and walnuts in food processor
- Pulse a few times, until combined
- Stir in cinnamon
- Transfer to 2 bowls
- Top each with 1 T coconut milk
