Ingredients

2 T cottage cheese
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
5 strawberries, diced
3 T coconut flour
1 dropperful vanilla creme stevia

 

Directions
  1. In blender cup, combine cottage cheese, almond milk, and stevia until smooth.
  2. Transfer to bowl and stir in strawberries.
  3. Add coconut flour and stir to combine until mixture is well incorporated.
  4. Allow to sit a few minutes to thicken.
