Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups almond flour
2 1/2 T ghee
3 T coconut flour
pink salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet wiht parchment paper
- Mix eggs, almond flour, 2 T ghee, and coconut flour with hands until dough forms
- Let sit for 5 minutes
- Roll dough into 40 small balls and place onto baking sheet
- Bake 6-7 minutes
- Remove from oven
- Turn oven up to 400 degrees
- Flip each pretzel bite over on baking sheet
- Return to oven and bake 4-5 more minutes
- Remove from oven and cool
- Melt remaining ghee and brush onto pretzel bites
- Sprinkle pink salt on top
