Ingredients:
1 T coconut oil, melted
pink salt, to taste
1 T unsweetened cacao/cocoa powder
1-3 t unsweetened almond milk
stevia, to taste
Directions:
- Place liners into 3 mini muffin tins
- Combine coconut oil, 1/2 T cocoa powder, a couple shakes of pink salt, and stevia
- Pour just enough of mixute into each muffin tin so bottom is covered
- Place muffin tray into freezer
- Combine remaining 1/2 T cocoa powder and stevia, to taste in small dish
- Stir in enough almond milk that mixture thickens into a paste-like, creamy chocolate
- Remove muffin tray from freezer
- Spoon a small dallop on chocolate paste into each muffin tin
- Pour remaining melted chocolate mixture into each muffin tin so paste is completely covered
- Return tray to freezer until outside chocolate has hardened
- Store in refrigerator until ready to eat
