Ingredients:
2 T. whey protein powder
2 T. golden flax meal
1 egg
3 T. liquid egg whites
1 red pepper
Directions:
- Heat skillet and lightly grease.
- Pulse all ingredients in blender or blender cup until smooth.
- Pour ⅓ of batter into skillet and smooth out into thin circle.
- Allow to cook until bubbling and fluffy.
- Flip and cook another couple minutes on other side, flatten with spatula.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
