Ingredients:
1/2 c pumpkin
1/2 c coconut oil, melted
1/4 c maple syrup
1 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs
1 c sliced almonds
1 c chopped pecans
1/2 c pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 c Lily’s chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine pumpkin, coconut oil, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and eggs in blender or food processor until well mixed
- Stir in nuts, seeds, berries, and chocolate chips
- Drop 15 heaping spoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake for 15 minutes
