Ingredients
1 c pumpkin
2 c oats
1/4 c nut butter of choice
1/4 c coconut sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl
- Create 18 balls of dough, ~1 tablespoon each
- Flatten each ball onto baking sheet gently with fork
- Bake 12-15 minutes
- Remove from oven and transfer cookies to cooling rack
