Ingredients

2 c flax meal
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 T chopped walnuts
3 T shredded unsweetened coconut
4 T pumpkin puree
2 T unsweetened applesauce
1 t cinnamon
10 whole almonds

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. In large bowl, mix all ingredients together except whole almonds
  4. Spread mixture evenly onto baking sheet
  5. Place one pecan in center of where each bar will be cut after baking
  6. Bake 45-60 minutes (or until golden brown)
  7. Let cool and cut into 10 bars
