1 green plantain
1 T avocado oil (or other oil of choice)
pink salt, to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees an line baking sheet with parchment paperĀ 
  2. Slice plantain thin with mandolin
  3. Toss plantain slices in oil then transfer to baking sheet
  4. Season with pink salt and any additional spices of choice
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through
