1 egg 
1/2 c. pumpkin puree
1-2 dropperfuls stevia, to taste
1/4-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 
1 T. canned coconut cream

Directions
  1. Whisk egg in microwave safe dish.
  2. Stir in pumpkin, stevia, and pie spice.
  3. Microwave for 2 minutes. 
  4. Top with coconut cream.
  5. Refrigerate until cooled throughout.
