Ingredients:

3 T unflavored whey protein powder
1 T unsweetened cocoa powder
6 T lquid egg whites
2 T unsweetened applesauce
1 dropperful stevia

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well
  3. Pour mixture into greased ramekin or pyrex baking dish
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
