Ingredients
Base:
4 ripe peaches
2 dropperfuls SweetLeaf vanilla creame stevia
1 t cinnamon
Topping:
1/2 c almond flour
2 packets powdered stevia
1 t cinnamon
1 1/2 T coconut oil, room temp
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Poach peaches for 15-20 seconds in boiling water to remove skin then dice and place in bowl.
- Add cinnamon and stevia and mix well.
- Pour into small baking dish.
- Mix together almond flour, stevia packets, cinnamon and coconut oil into a crumble.
- Sprinkle over top of peach mixture.
- Bake about 20 minutes or until done.
