Ingredients:
12 oz. fresh cranberries (~3 c.)
¼ c. unsweetened applesauce
1 orange, cubed
1 cinnamon stick
4 dropperfuls SweetLeaf valencia orange stevia
zest of 1 orange
Directions:
- Heat applesauce and stevia in saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in cranberries, oranges, orange zest, and cinnamon stick.
- When cranberries start to pop, reduce to simmer.
- Cover and cook 15-20 minutes.
- Remove cinnamon stick.
- Stir sauce until well mixed together.
- Add additional stevia if sauce is too tart.
- Transfer to glass jar then refrigerate.
