1 batch Cauliflower Tortillas
8 oz tomatoes, chopped
1/2 clove minced garlic
1/4 t onion powder
1 T fresh chopped basil
2 t Pompeian balsamic vinegar
pink salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- In small bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, onion powder, basil, vinegar, salt, and pepper
- Spoon bruschetta onto each tortilla
