Ingredients
8 oz mushrooms, quartered
1 T Simple Girl Carolina Style BBQ Sauce
1 t yellow mustard
1 t minced garlic
1/2 t Bragg's liquid aminos
water
Directions
- Heat enough water to cover entire skillet over med-high heat
- Add mushroom and garlic then cover and cook until mushrooms are soft
- Remove mushrooms with slotted spoon and set aside
- Stir BBQ sauce, mustard, and liquid aminos in remaining liquid in skillet
- Allow to simmer, stirring occasionally, until liquid is reduced to sauce consistency
- Spoon sauce over mushrooms
