Ingredients:
1 T coconut oil
16 oz sliced mushrooms
2 T minced garlic
2 T minced onion
2 T nutritional yeast
pink salt and pepper, to taste
2 t grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Melt coconut oil over med-high heat in skillet
- Add mushrooms, garlic, and onions and cook until mushrooms are soft
- Stir in nutritional yeast and pepper and continue to heat until liquid cooks down
- Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese and pink salt
*Excellent served on top of zucchini or cucumber “noodles”
