Ingredients
3.5 oz ground buffalo
1 T Simple Girl hot sauce (or other hot sauce of choice + 3 drops stevia)
1/2 t minced onion flakes
1/4 t smoked paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with foil
- Place all ingredients in small bowl and mix together well with hands
- Form into 1" balls/patties
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Flip over and bake another 5 minutes
