Ingredients

Crust:
1 c almond flour
1 T cinnamon
½ t vanilla extract
2 T coconut oil
2 dropperfuls stevia, to taste 

Filling:
¼ c coconut oil
3 T butter, softened
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 T lime juice
3 dropperfuls stevia, to taste
3-5 baby spinach leaves

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all crust ingredients together with fork
  3. Pack 1 tablespoon of crust mix in the bottom of 12 cupcake tins
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes
  5. Remove from oven and let cool
  6. Blend filling ingredients until smooth
  7. Place filling evenly on top of each crust
  8. Freeze for one hour
