3 large tomatoes, chopped in bite sized pieces
2 mini cucumbers, cut in half and sliced thin
3 mozzarella string cheese sticks, sliced into thin rounds
2 T minced garlic
1 T olive oil
2 T balsamic vinegar
1 T italian seasoning
1 T grated parmesan cheese
pink salt, to taste
Directions
- Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, and mozzarella cheese in bowl
- Stir in oil, vinegar, italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and pink salt
- Place lid on bowl and allow to marinate in refrigerator before eating
