Ingredients:
3/4 c tomato sauce
8 oz asparagus
3.5 oz ground chicken
1 t italian seasoning
1/4 t rosemary
1/4 t chili powder
pink salt, to taste
Directions:
- In saucepan, combine tomato sauce and spices and simmer a few minutes
- Add ground chicken and cook a few minutes until chicken is cooked through
- Chop asparagus into bite sized pieces
- Steam asparagus until desired softness is reached
- Pour sauce over asparagus
- Sprinkle with pink salt
