Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 c liquid egg whites
hot sauce, to taste
2 T salsa
1/2 T coconut oil
Directions:
- Melt coconut oil in hot skillet
- Whisk egg and whites together
- Pour into skillet and cook
- Flip eggs when no longer runny
- Add hot sauce, to taste
- Transfer to plate
- Top with salsa
