Hot Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

1 egg
1/2 c liquid egg whites
hot sauce, to taste
2 T salsa
1/2 T coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Melt coconut oil in hot skillet
  2. Whisk egg and whites together
  3. Pour into skillet and cook
  4. Flip eggs when no longer runny
  5. Add hot sauce, to taste
  6. Transfer to plate 
  7. Top with salsa
