Healthy Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

3 bananas, mashed
2 c. oats
1/4 c. nut butter of choice
1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in bowl until well combined.
  4. Place in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
  5. Roll into 24 balls and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 10-12 minutes.
