Ingredients:

9 oz hazelnuts
9 oz pitted dates
5 heaping tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
3 T shredded, unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions:

  1. Combine hazelnuts, dates, and cocoa powder in food processor and process until dough-like consistency is reached
  2. Scoop out 40 balls using small cookie scoop
  3. Roll each ball in unsweetened, shredded coconut flakes
