Ingredients:
5 oz cod
1/2 T Homemade Old Bay Seasoning (or Old Bay)
water
pink salt, to taste
Green Pepper Curry
Directions:
- Prepare Green Pepper Curry then transfer pepper slices to plate (leave some sauce in skillet)
- Rub both sides of cod filet with Old Bay
- Place in skillet with sauce (add more water, if needed) and cook until fish is flaky
- Place fish on top of green peppers
