Ingredients
2 eggs
1 c egg whites
3 T + 1 t coconut flour
1/2 c flax meal
1 1/2 t baking powder
stevia, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly grease silicone donut pan
- Combine eggs and egg whites in blender cup or magic bullet
- Add in flax meal, coconut flour, baking soda, stevia
- Pulse until well combined
- Pour batter evenly into donut pan
- Bake for 20 minutes
(Excellent topped with Easy Creamy Frosting)
