Ingredients
3 1/2 oz chicken breast
1 packet or 8 drops stevia
1 T lemon juice
1 t lemon zest
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 T dijon mustard
pink salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients and marinate at least two hours.
- Place chicken breast in a baking dish and spoon marinade over.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
