Calories Per Serving: 165 (or 180 w/ maple syrup)

Ingredients:
1/2 c oats
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/8 t pink salt
1/2 c whey protein powder (or other protein powder of choice)
3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 c IMO prebiotic fiber (or maple syrup)
30 drops stevia
3 1/2 T coconut oil, melted
1 T vanilla extract
1/2 t baking powder
1/3 c add-ins* (chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, etc), optional
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line 8×8 inch pan with foil and grease lightly
- Place oats in food processor and pulse until flour consistency is reached
- Add all remaining ingredients to food processor (except for optional add-ins) and process until smooth
- Stir in add-ins*, if desired (*Will need to calculate in additional calories)
- Bake for 20 minutes (Will look slightly underdone when taken out of oven)
- Let cool a few minutes then press down with pancake spatula to make more compact
- Refrigerate overnight
- Cut into 8 bars
- Store leftovers in refrigerator
