1 egg
1/2 c egg whites (3 egg whites)
1/4 t cinnamon
10 drops SweetLeaf vanilla creme stevia (more or less, to taste)
P4 version:
3 eggs
1/4 t cinnamon
10 drops SweetLeaf vanilla creme stevia (more or less, to taste)
1 t coconut oil
Directions
- Heat small amount of water in skillet over medium-high heat (Heat coconut oil for P4 version)
- Combine egg, egg whites (if using), and stevia in small bowl then whisk well
- Add eggs to skillet and cook until fluffy and cooked
- Transfer to plate
- Sprinkle with cinnamon (and additional stevia, if desired)
