Ingredients:
2 c flax meal
1 T baking powder
1 t pink salt
1/3 t stevia extract (if desired)
5 eggs, beaten
1/2 c water
1/3 c coconut oil, melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line 10×15″ pan with parchment paper
- Mix flax meal, baking powder, and pink salt
- Add eggs, coconut oil, water, and stevia and stir well
- Let batter sit for a couple minutes to thicken up some
- Spoon batter onto pan and spread out
- Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned
- Cool and cut into 12 slices with pizza cutter or knife
