Ingredients
4 slices (1 batch) Savory Pumpkin Egg Bread
6 T. liquid egg whites
1/4 tsp. chives
1-2 T. water
hot sauce, salsa, or Easy Ketchup, to taste (optional)
Directions
- Toast slices of bread in toaster oven.
- Heat water in skillet over medium-high heat.
- Whisk chives into egg whites then pour into skillet.
- Cook for a couple minutes until done.
- Place scrambled egg whites evenly on two slices of bread.
- Drizzle with salsa, hot sauce, or ketchup, if desired.
- Place remaining slices of bread on top.
