Easy Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

1 apple, chopped
1/2 T coconut oil
2 T almond meal/flour
1 dropperful SweetLeaf vanilla creme or english toffee stevia
1/4-1/2 t pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
 

Directions:

  1. Melt coconut oil in skillet over medium high heat
  2. Add apples and stevia
  3. Cover with lid and cook until apples are slightly soft, stirring occasionally
  4. Stir in pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon and cook another minute
  5. Transfer apples to bowl
  6. Stir almond meal into apples
  7. Serve warm or cold
