Ingredients:
Donuts:
1/4 c coconut flour
1/4 c flax meal
2 T cocoa powder
4 eggs
1/2 c coconut oil
1/4 t baking soda
1/4 t pink salt
1 t stevia extract
Glaze:
1/4 c coconut oil
2 T cocoa powder
1/2 t stevia extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease donut pan
- Combine coconut flour, flax meal, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and stevia in small bowl
- Whisk eggs in mixing bowl
- Stir dry mixture into eggs
- Stir in coconut oil
- Pour into donut pan
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Combine all glaze ingredients and set aside
- Remove donuts from oven and allow to cool completely
- Drizzle glaze over each donut
- Place in refrigerator until glaze is hardened
