Ingredients:
8 oz cucumber, sliced thin
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 t pink salt
1/4 c Braggs apple cider vinegar
1/4 t onion powder
1 t dill
1/4 t garlic powder
stevia, if sweet relish is desired
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in refrigerator overnight
- Remove cucumber slices from liquid and transfer to food processor or mini chopper
- Pulse until relish consistency is reached
- Add a little liquid to relish for storing
