Dill Relish

Servings: 8 (2T each)

Ingredients:

8 oz cucumber, sliced thin
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 t pink salt
1/4 c Braggs apple cider vinegar
1/4 t onion powder
1 t dill
1/4 t garlic powder
stevia, if sweet relish is desired

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in refrigerator overnight
  2. Remove cucumber slices from liquid and transfer to food processor or mini chopper
  3. Pulse until relish consistency is reached
  4. Add a little liquid to relish for storing
