8 oz iceberg lettuce
1 orange
Coconut aminos to taste
Old Bay seasoning
Directions
- Cover Mahi Mahi with Old Bay seasoning and liquid aminos in tupperware to let it marinate overnight
- Steam fish until cooked through
- Meanwhile, peel & section orange and cut into chunks
- Cut up lettuce
- Put orange chunks on lettuce
- Flake fish into pieces on top of lettuce and orange
- Add coconut aminos to taste
